Winter Camp 2025
Winter Camp is February 28th-March 2nd, 2025. For all students 6th-12th grade.
Check-in will be at Rock Family Church WEST ENTRANCE on Friday, February 28th, from 4:00pm-5:00pm!
Pick up will be at Rock Family Church SOUTH LOBBY on Sunday, March 2nd at 12:15pm!
Camp this year is at Camp Elim in Woodland Park, CO. We will be taking two Alpine Transportation buses to transport students on Friday and bringing them back on Sunday.
Cabins are sorted by gender so girls with girls and guys with guys. Each cabin has at least 1-2 leaders that have been thoroughly background checked and vetted to serve with Rock Family Church and our youth guidelines.
PACKING LIST AND MORE INFO!
1. Camp Elim Dietary Form
All students need to fill out the Dietary and Release forms for Camp Elim. If you have not already, please fill this out ASAP to ensure they can accommodate your student’s needs. Fill out the Camp Elim Release form here.
2. What to Pack
Parents, please double check your student’s belongings to make sure they pack the following:
Warm clothes & layers (including gloves, hat, and a waterproof jacket)
Bible, journal, & pen
Sleeping bag/blankets & pillow
Toiletries & towel(s)
Reusable water bottle
Extra shoes and socks (in case one pair gets wet)
Snacks (optional)
Spending money for the snack shop (optional)
Please do not pack: electronics, valuables, or anything that could be a distraction from the camp experience.
*All medication will need to be checked-in on Friday, February 28th during check-in hour (4pm-5pm).
3. A Quick Note on Hygiene
Hygiene is essential for everyone’s comfort and health. Please take a moment to remind your student about showers, changing into clean clothes, using deodorant, and brushing their teeth. A little extra effort in this area will go a long way in making camp a great experience for everyone! We can’t wait for an amazing weekend together!
